If you think we’ve died along GCPH, think again.

It’s sad that we are about to wave farewell to the online game where we started. It really breaks my heart – up until now – that I will never be able to play with my Jin, Sieg and Luxus. Not to mention the cash I’ve wasted for the rings and such. Well, that’s life. Nothing’s permanent in this world anyway. As long as new and better online games keep on coming, we’ll go play with it, to the point that we left the previous games behind. It’s all inevitable, and all we need to do is to cope with the changes.

But here’s the thing. With GCPH’s demise, most of our members have accessed NAGC, which is, I think, the international version of Grand Chase (about this, I am not sure). And sooner or later, we’ll go invade there. xDD See? We’ll really do anything and everything just to make sure we have marked all of the games around the net. XDD

There will be more details about this in a few days.

Our Anime Reviews are discontinued due to my indefinite hiatus [same with Anime and Manga Recommendations in our Facebook page] but I’ll definitely resurrect it back… when my schedule’s forgiving. ^^

But as our second anniversary gets near, I decided to make a survey about GC characters. And it was a successful one. These surveys will be posted here, some time in the near future. Yes, definitely. Not next month. Not next year. Not in the next five, ten or twenty years. Just in the near future. ::evil grins::

New on OHG and Some Updates

Aura Kingdom

After the successful opening of our faction inside Elsword last September 2013, another faction of OHG was established and now roaming inside Aura Kingdom, headed by AK faction GL iHatsuneMiku01 [iBlackweap0n of GC]. I know little of this game but I think it’s fun. For those who have AK Philippines account, please do sign up and join our adventure!

.:: GRAND CHASE PHILIPPINES EVENTS::.

(Just look at that. Lime’s sledge reminds me of Guilty Gear’s May. May, just like Lime, is a small lady with a HUGE weapon. Just imagine an anchor smashing against you HAHAHA.)

I just opened up GC last week, barely making up to Asin’s event. Cash missions of this character were available for almost two weeks and this week, it’s Lime’s turn. So far, I’m just happy that I wasn’t able to purchase the top-up or I’d end up regretting spending P300 over a FREE mission scroll. XD

AKEOME!!

HAHA, advanced, no? Kasi baka hindi ako mag-online in the next few days. New Year, pero may work ako. Unforgiving… >__<;;

Anyway, 2013 is a fun year, although madaming nangyari [di ko naman alam yung iba kasi AWOL ako mwahaha], and it’s our first year since Rell built this community. It’s already an achievement, kahit gaano kaliit yun o walang kawentang wentang bagay sa iba. Mahirap mag-maintain ng guild, sa mga di nakakaalam. =/ Pero in fairness, we got through HAHAHA

So, next year guys, sad to say, baka umalis na ng Pinas si GL. Di naman na lingid (wow, lalim) sa inyo yun. So sa mga nag-expect na bababa sya sa pwesto at maglilipat ng title sa iba, ERRR!! Rell will remain as our Guild Head. Kahit na wala syang access in-game, sya pa din ang tatayong leader ng guild.

Ang mangyayari ganito: may magiging GL sa GC at Els [kailangan yon kasi hindi na nga makakapaglaro si Rell] pero as somewhat “representative” ng Guild Head. Alam nyo yun; mag-approve ng members dun, mag-change ng officers dun — in short, yung mga bagay na yung GL lang yung magagawa. Pero itong mga magiging GL na to, eh magiging under pa din ni Rell. Kung tungkol sa guild matters, decisions na medyo hindi sila sigurado, si Rell or ako ang magde-decide nun. See? Kung baga, sa in-game lang sila may control pero about the guild, yung Guild Head pa rin yung magha-handle nun. Simple, no?

I sensed Rell’s love for the guild we buillt. That’s why I made the line-up this way. Well, she deserves it anyway, doesn’t she? =) As the one who established one of the known otaku guilds in GCPH, I know how she feels. Masakit kaya iwanan yung isang bagay na pinuhunan mo ng oras, effort (I’ve experienced it so I know) kaya naman as her partner-in-crime, I should be doing something. Okay na sana sa kanya maging ordinary member na lang ng group pero hindi talaga sya deserving sa spot na yun. Ano yun, para sa isang dating presidente ng kumpanya, naging janitor ka bandang huli??

I’m just happy na some of the previous officers have found their way home and mingled once more in our FB group. It’s a nice feeling to chitchat with you once again. GC nor Els connect us. It’s our original craft: OUR OTAKU-NESS~~~ Deshou? Deshou? :3

Let’s look forward for yet another fabulous and anime-licious year of 2014!

According to this world’s connotation, Valentines Day is celebrated to show our love to our loved ones. According to the anime worlds’ opinion, it’s not restricted to lovers alone. It’s for EVERYONE we love, including our friends, family, guild mates !! XD

So for my dearest fellow guild generals and our beloved members; also to our FB “likers” and aspiring members, I ALL GREET YOU A WONDERFUL HEARTS DAY !!

Enjoy this day, eat some chocolate and —whether you’re single or taken or broken-hearted— enjoy this special day. <3

 

NOTE: This is OtakuHouse’s FIRST Valentines celebration. I was thinking of organizing an event but it was too late— I ran out of time… and cash— so maybe… NEXT YEAR?? XD

Title Translation: I have found a new best friend :)

Up to this date, unlike most of the people I know, I only knew three persons whom I considered “best” among the rest. [And I wonder if they still feel the same way about me TuT]

I consider myself “picky” at everything: on the clothes I wear; shampoo and conditioner I use; food [especially vegetables xD] I eat; futon I sleep on; music I listen to; anime I watch; manga I read; man (or woman for that matter >__>) I love;  friends I keep— I have these “standards” that I follow to consider a thing “my favorite”. It means “maarte” in Filipino but that’s another story to tell xD

Here’s the story: Rell and I met in-game last 2011— and since everyone doesn’t know about this, I’ll reveal this wonderful trivia— as a couple. XD
He hosted a room where he was a “tambay” [bystander— a player who takes a rest from the entire game and decided to play around rather than staying in the Park xD] and I suddenly joined in. And the rest is history.

Fast forwarding the rest; we didn’t last long but never end up with a sour note. In fact, our friendship remained, even when he got idle for months and same thing happened to me. And actually, he became MY “son” after the break-up XD Our bonds became stronger and stronger as months passed by. [I myself wow-ed at my statement here xD]

And then I never imagined that he’d be back in-game and formed the guild named OtakuHouse in Grand Chase. Honestly, I never expected that guild invitation from him last June 26. And let me say this again: the rest is history HAHA [pointless =__=]

And because of endless challenges we faced each other, he then told me one time that he already considered me his best friend. Best friend, that is. And no doubt, I have felt the same thing to him.

So, here I am, telling everybody my story of having a best friend WITHOUT my ever “maarte” standards XD

The world does change every time, doesn’t it? XD

So I consider myself now a wonderful hyung to my dongsaeng HAHAHAHA XD
